Many women are reluctant to even recognize that they are depressed. Fatigue and other worries are dismissed as nothing. But, if it is not controlled, there is a danger of leading to many other illnesses, psychologists warn. Do you know how to recognize this?

  • At times, it does not catch the eye. Even if you come, you will not be upset. Another time, even after sleeping for seven or eight hours, I feel tired. This fatigue affects not only the mind, but the whole body. It causes pain and headaches naturally. These can be caused by stress and depression. And if such symptoms appear frequently, do not hesitate to seek treatment.
  • Small things are not remembered. The fear of the unknown haunts. There is no concentration on anything. From time to time there are drastic changes in emotions. Crying over the smallest thing, intense anger and guilt are all mixed up.
  • Decreased sexual desire is also a symptom of depression. This is because many things in the brain are disturbed. If you are trying to stay away from your partner for a long time, it is better to consult a doctor.
