The Member of Parliament from the BJP representing Himachal Pradesh, Kangana Ranaut, has purportedly put up her luxurious bungalow in Mumbai for sale at a price of 40 crores. The property, located in the posh area of Pali Hill in Mumbai, served as the headquarters for her production company, Manikarnika Films. This bungalow gained attention in 2020 when the Bombay Municipal Corporation demolished a section of the property due to unauthorized extensions. At that time, Kangana Ranaut criticized the Shiv Sena for what she perceived as unfair treatment. Following a favorable decision by the Mumbai High Court, which deemed the demolition unjustified, the actress celebrated a significant victory.
Kangana acquired the bungalow for 20 crores in 2017 and adorned it with elegant vintage and avant-garde decor. The residence features a sophisticated editor’s room and a stylish office and is now on the market. While Kangana Ranaut has not officially confirmed the sale, a real estate team has released a video announcing the property’s availability. In terms of her professional commitments, Kangana’s upcoming movie “Emergency,” where she portrays the role of the late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, is set to premiere on September 6.
