The Chief Minister urged officials to prioritize the operations of the Andhra Pradesh Maritime Board, the AP Maritime Infrastructure Development Corporation, and the establishment of special purpose vehicles (SVPs) in various projects, along with the AP Inland Waterways Authority. Emphasizing the swift completion of ports and fishing harbors, he committed to formulating an AP Maritime Master Plan and a Maritime Policy.

Regarding aviation, the CM advocated for the construction of airports/airstrips in locations such as Dagadarthi, Kuppam, Nagarjuna Sagar, and Mulapeta. He expressed disappointment that these projects, despite having received approval and completed land acquisition previously, were halted by the YSRC government, urging officials to resume and expedite the construction of these airports.

Highlighting the need for 12 to 14 airports/airstrips in AP, he proposed exploring options for additional airport development in Tadipatri and Tuni, while also pushing for the establishment of a unit of the Flying Training Organization at Kurnool airport. The CM instructed officials to devise projects enabling cargo transportation from airports, citing the potential benefits of linking air and sea ports with national highways for employment opportunities and state development.

Furthermore, the Chief Minister directed officials to incorporate the AP Aviation Corporation within the general administration department and the AP Digital Corporation within the Information and Public Relations department. He recommended merging the AP Towers Corporation into AP FiberNet Ltd.

Addressing the decline in fibernet connections from nine lakh to five lakh due to service quality issues during the 2019-24 period, he criticized the mismanagement by the YSRC government, resulting in a debt burden of 1,258 crores. The CM urged the restoration of the AP Drone Corporation, AP Towers Corporation, and the Gas Infrastructure Corporation, emphasizing the completion of Real Time Governance centers and their integration with the CC camera network.
