The announcement of the 70th National Film Awards by the Center took place this evening, revealing the winners in various categories. Kartikeya 2 and the Malayalam film Autumn emerged victorious as the best regional Telugu films, while KGF 2 shone as the recipient of the National Film Award in the Kannada category. Rishabh Shetty claimed the coveted best actor award for his role in Kantara, and the Jury made a joint decision to honor Nithya Menon (Thiruchitambalam) and Manasi Parekh (Kutch Express) as the Best Actress.
