The West Central Railway has made changes to several train schedules due to ongoing non-interlocking works at Damoh station and the third line construction along the Katni Murwara-Bina section of Jabalpur Division. The Visakhapatnam Bhagat Ki Kothi Weekly Express (Train No. 18573) will depart from Visakhapatnam on August 29 as planned, but its return journey on August 31 has been canceled. The Shalimar-Vasco-Da-Gama Amaravati Express (Train No. 18047) has been rescheduled to depart from Shalimar at 5 am on August 20 instead of the originally scheduled time of 11.15 pm on August 19 due to operational constraints. Similarly, the Howrah-MGR Chennai Central Mail (Train No. 12839) will now leave Howrah at 6.30 pm on August 20 instead of 11.55 pm on August 19, owing to delays in the connecting train. In another update, the Secunderabad-Santragachi Express (Train No. 07221) will depart from Secunderabad at 12.45 pm on August 20 instead of the initial 6.45 am departure time, due to delays in its connecting service, as stated in a press release.
