Tragic Helicopter Crash in Pune, Maharashtra Leaves Four Injured

In a devastating incident in Pune, Maharashtra, a private company helicopter crashed in the fields of Paudi village due to unfavorable weather conditions. The accident occurred as the pilot attempted to land the helicopter, resulting in the aircraft hitting a tree and crashing in the fields.

Local authorities reported that four individuals, including the pilot, sustained serious injuries in the crash. Emergency treatment is underway for the injured passengers, with one individual in critical condition. The challenging weather conditions, marked by heavy rainfall and strong winds, are believed to have contributed to the accident.

SP Pankaja Deshmukh provided a statement regarding the incident, highlighting the remote location of the crash site, making access difficult for rescue operations. The helicopter, identified as AW 139 and owned by Global Vectra Company, was en route from Mumbai to Hyderabad at the time of the crash.

Captain Anand Sadar, the injured pilot, is currently receiving medical treatment, along with the other passengers named Deer Bhatia, Amardeep Singh, and SP Ram. The community is deeply saddened by this tragic event, and investigations are ongoing to determine the exact cause of the crash.
