As it is the season of weddings, gold is gaining momentum again in India. After a brief period of relief when the Tulam gold price dropped to less than 70 thousand rupees, the gold prices are on the rise once more. The current price of 10 grams of 24-carat gold has surpassed the 73 thousand rupees mark, with prices remaining stable in major cities across the country.
In Mumbai, the financial capital of India, the price of 10 grams of 22-carat gold is 66,950 rupees, while 24-carat gold is priced at 73,400 rupees. In Delhi, the national capital, 10 grams of 22-carat gold costs 67,100 rupees, and 24-carat gold is priced at 73,190 rupees. Similar prices are seen in Chennai, Kolkata, and Bangalore for both 22 and 24-carat gold.
In the Telugu states, cities like Hyderabad, Vijayawada, and Visakhapatnam are witnessing consistent prices for both 22 and 24-carat gold. The silver prices, however, remain stable across the country, with variations in different cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Pune, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Chennai, and Kerala.
