This trend continued as gold prices dropped in numerous major cities across the country on Wednesday. Compared to Monday’s rates, today’s prices have decreased by approximately Rs. 10. The current price for 10 grams of 24-carat gold stands at Rs. 73,020.
In New Delhi, the national capital, the price for 10 grams of 22-carat gold is Rs. 67,800, while 24-carat gold is priced at Rs. 73,170. Similarly, in Mumbai, the financial capital, the rates are Rs. 66,930 for 22-carat gold and Rs. 73,020 for 24-carat gold. Chennai offers 22-carat Tulam gold at Rs. 66,930 and 24-carat gold at Rs. 73,020. Bangalore, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, and Visakhapatnam also reflect similar pricing trends.
On the other hand, silver prices have seen an increase. The price per kilogram of silver surged by Rs. 100 on Wednesday. In cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Pune, the cost of silver per kilogram is Rs. 88,600. Meanwhile, in Chennai, Kerala, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, and Visakhapatnam, the price reaches a high of Rs. 93,600.
