Actor Rakul Preet Singh frequently shares her workout routines, which include strength training, yoga, boxing, and pilates. Recently, she revealed the exercise that contributes to her strong core—the Copenhagen plank with weights. This routine emphasizes engaging the core muscles for improved strength and overall balance.
Guided by her coach Karan Sawhney, Singh began her circuit with an elevated plank, holding her body weight on one hand and foot for 10 seconds while balancing a weight plate on her leg. Next, she performed seated lateral pull-downs, focusing on maintaining perfect form, which targets the upper back to build strength over time.
In another exercise, she executed a weighted box squat, followed by a side plank where she balanced her right foot on a weight bench, extended her right hand into the air, and kept her left foot floating. For the final move, she bent her left leg and balanced a weight plate on it, engaging her knee and calf muscles.
