  • Tomato
  • Garam Masala
  • Curd
  • Cumin
  • Chilli
  • Coriander
  • Salt

  1. Begin by boiling the eggs and setting them aside.
  2. In a kadai, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Then, fry onions and green chilli pieces until they turn golden brown.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until the raw aroma dissipates.
  4. Mix in turmeric, chilli powder, salt, and coriander powder, and cook until fragrant.
  5. Add tomato slices and cook until they soften.
  6. Pour in curd and simmer on low heat until the oil separates.
  7. Sprinkle garam masala and incorporate the grated egg mixture. Cook for five minutes and then turn off the heat.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
