The finalization process for the recruitment of Constable and Rifleman (GD) positions in the Central Armed Forces has begun, with the physical endurance test set to commence in the next 10 days. The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the admit cards along with the examination dates, as confirmed by an official statement from the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF).
The physical endurance tests will take place in 105 test centers across the country, starting from September 23. The Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) will be conducted for all candidates who qualify in the written examination. Those who pass the PET and PST will undergo a medical examination, followed by a verification of their certificates.
This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 46,617 Constable (General Duty)/Rifleman (General Duty) positions, as outlined in the notification released last year. The written examinations for these posts were conducted in February and March of this year at various centers nationwide. The answer key was released in April, and following the receipt of objections, the results of the written examination were published in July.
