In a shocking turn of events, a wave of terror has swept through the villages near the forest area in Udaipur district, Rajasthan, as a cheetah went on a rampage, attacking and killing multiple individuals. The incident began with the disappearance of a 16-year-old girl named Kamala from Undital village, who had gone to graze goats in the forest area and never returned home. Her mutilated body was discovered the next day, sending shockwaves through the community.
Shortly after Kamala’s tragic fate, Khemaram and his son fell victim to a leopard attack while returning to their village from Bhedia. The son managed to escape, but Khemaram was not as fortunate, becoming prey to the ruthless leopard. The violence continued as a 50-year-old woman from Chali village also fell victim to a leopard attack, followed by another assault on a woman near Jhadol on September 8.
The situation escalated when a cheetah, believed to be the same predator responsible for the previous attacks, roamed the villages near the forest area and claimed three more lives. The villagers, gripped by fear and outrage, accused the cheetah of turning into a cannibal due to its relentless attacks. In response, they staged a protest, blocking the highway between Jhadol and Gogunda, demanding the capture of the lethal cheetah.
The tragic toll of the cheetah’s rampage included the lives of Kamala, the 16-year-old girl from Undital village, and the 50-year-old woman from Chali village. The villagers mourned the loss of these innocent victims and called for swift action to ensure the safety of their community.
