Preparation Method of Phool Makhana Chidwa:

  1. Heat a little oil and ghee in a kadai.
  2. Add Phool Makhana and fry on low flame until deep fried. Remove and set aside.
  3. Fry cashews, almonds, and peanuts until they change color. Set aside.
  4. Add putna, coconut pieces, curry leaves, and dried chillies to the kadai and fry.
  5. Add chilli, turmeric, and salt to the mixture and fry, optionally adding ghee.
  6. Combine nuts and Phool Makhana in the kadai and fry together. Allow to cool.
  7. Store the Makhana Chidwa in an airtight steel container for freshness.
