When Sunday comes, there is some non-veg curry at home. But most people eat chicken. Sometimes they prepare chicken curry even when they feel like eating it. But this curry is sometimes left over. I don’t feel like eating curry again and again. You can make chicken samosas with this leftover curry. Chicken samosas are very simple to make and can be completed in a very short time.

To make Chicken Curry Samosas, you will need the following ingredients: Chicken curry, oil, onion, capsicum, coriander, little cheese, maida flour, and salt. First, take the remaining pieces of chicken curry, remove any bones, and cut them into small pieces. Heat oil in a kadai, fry the chicken pieces until the moisture is gone, then add onion slices, capsicum paste, coriander paste, salt, and grated cheese.

Next, prepare the maida dough by mixing it gently with a little salt. Roll the dough into samosa shapes, fill them with the chicken stew, cheese, seal the edges with maida dough, and fry the samosas until they are golden brown on both sides. Serve the delicious Chicken Samosas with mayonnaise or ketchup for a delightful snack or appetizer.
