Jana Sena Chief and Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan issued a strong warning to Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin over his controversial remarks on Sanatana Dharma. The remarks, where Udhayanidhi compared Sanatana Dharma to diseases like coronavirus, malaria, and dengue, have sparked widespread outrage among Sanatana Dharma supporters.
Speaking at a public meeting in Tirupati on Thursday, Pawan Kalyan unveiled the Varahi Declaration, a bold initiative aimed at safeguarding the principles of Sanatana Dharma. He proposed the formation of a Sanatana Dharma Protection Board at both the national and state levels, designed to preserve and protect the values, traditions, and teachings of this ancient spiritual practice.
Pawan Kalyan expressed his deep concern over the growing rhetoric against Sanatana Dharma and took personal offence to Udhayanidhi’s comparison of the sacred faith with diseases. He emphasized that such statements not only insult millions of followers but also threaten the social harmony of the nation. The Deputy Chief Minister vowed to stand firm against such divisive remarks and called for immediate action to ensure the protection and promotion of Sanatana Dharma.
In his Varahi Declaration, Pawan Kalyan stressed the need for unified efforts in preserving the cultural and spiritual heritage of India. He urged citizens to be vigilant and active in protecting the sanctity of their traditions, stating that the Sanatana Dharma Protection Board would be instrumental in creating awareness, promoting education, and taking action against any disrespect or misrepresentation of Sanatana Dharma.
With this initiative, Pawan Kalyan continues to position himself as a strong advocate for cultural preservation and social unity, urging all political leaders to refrain from making derogatory comments that divide society.
