Amaravati, October 30: The much-anticipated final answer key for the Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (AP TET July-2024) has finally been released by the Education Department. Candidates can find the answer keys for their respective subjects on the official website, organized by session. The TET results will be determined based on this final key.
Originally scheduled for release on October 27, the final answer key faced delays due to unavoidable circumstances. However, the Education Department has now made the keys available for all subjects. Candidates are advised to check the answer key to ensure they understand their performance on the exam.
According to the timeline previously announced, the TET results are expected to be declared on November 2. While there may be minor adjustments to this date, the results are likely to be released in the first week of November. The TET exams were conducted online from October 3 to October 21, with a total of 427,300 applicants across the state. Out of these, 368,661 candidates, or 86.28%, participated in the examination, which took place in two shifts per day over 17 days.
In light of these developments, the state government is preparing to issue a Mega DSC 2024 notification soon. Preliminary information indicates that the Mega DSC job advertisement is likely to be published in the first week of November, assuming there are no legal disputes. This notification aims to fill a total of 16,347 teacher positions across various categories, including:
- Secondary Grade Teacher (SGT): 6,371 posts
- School Assistant (SA): 7,725 posts
- Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT): 1,781 posts
- Post Graduate Teacher (PGT): 286 posts
- Principal: 52 posts
- Physical Education Teacher (PET): 132 posts
With a significant number of positions available, many unemployed candidates are gearing up to compete for these roles.
