The coalition government of Andhra Pradesh is taking transformative steps to modernize employment opportunities by developing co-working spaces and promoting work-from-home models. These initiatives aim to optimize human resource efficiency while providing opportunities for individuals in villages and small towns.

Empowering Women

A key focus of the program is empowering educated women in Andhra Pradesh who are often confined to household responsibilities. By providing work-from-home options and access to co-working centers, the government seeks to unlock the untapped potential of skilled women. Each seat will occupy approximately 50-60 square feet, with 22 lakh square feet of space already identified in both government and private buildings. Additionally, the government has proposed the establishment of Ratan Tata Innovation Hubs at five strategic locations across the state.
