Winters make some people suffer from nerve and muscle pain. Apart from this, Anantasana gives a good workout to the body muscles and melts the excess fat. Sit with both legs stretched forward. The left hand should be placed near the left waist. The left leg should be stretched and the right leg should be slightly bent. Turn the body to the left side and put the weight on the legs and arms and slowly keep the body as shown in the picture. You raise your body fully and then slowly. The right hand should be stretched upwards.
Stay in this asana for as long as you can and slowly come into shavasana. Try the same on the right. Right, left.. March March should be done six times a day.
Many uses: Doing this asana gives strength to the body. Waist, shoulders, chest and stomach muscles become stronger. Legs and arms get more strength. Self-confidence increases.
