Myntra’s latest move, the ‘M-Now’ pilot project, aims to deliver clothing items within two hours, revolutionizing how consumers shop for fashion online.

The Quick Commerce Revolution
Quick commerce, or Q-commerce, has gained immense traction in India. Initially popular for delivering groceries and everyday essentials, this model has now expanded to include high-demand products such as gadgets and luxury items. Companies like Blinkit have already begun offering services that promise lightning-fast delivery, even for iPhones. Myntra’s entry into this space marks a significant shift in how fashion retail might operate in the near future.

Myntra’s Plan: ‘M-Now’
Typically, online fashion deliveries take three to four days. However, Myntra is looking to slash this timeframe drastically with ‘M-Now,’ its trial initiative currently being piloted in select Bengaluru pin codes. The project focuses on delivering select fashion items to customers within just two hours of placing an order.

The service is being tested to gauge its feasibility and scalability. If successful, Myntra plans to expand the initiative to other metro cities across India.

The Road So Far: M-Express
Myntra has already been experimenting with faster delivery through its M-Express service, which ensures deliveries within 24-48 hours in several metro cities. The transition to a two-hour delivery model is a bold step aimed at meeting consumer demands for speed and convenience.

Impact on the E-Commerce Sector
This move is expected to intensify competition in the already burgeoning e-commerce space. By combining fashion with the quick commerce model, Myntra is setting a new benchmark for customer experience.
