Ingredients for Capsicum Dum Rice: Capsicum, onions, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, chilli, salt, garam masala, curry powder, coriander, chilli powder, oil, pulao ingredients.

Preparation of Capsicum Dum Rice: Before making Capsicum Dum Rice, light the stove and put oil in a kadai and heat it. When the oil heats up, add a little pulao and fry it. Then add onions and green chillies and fry well. After that add capsicum pieces and fry for ten minutes. Add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, chilli, garam masala, and fry everything on low flame for ten minutes. Now add a little curry powder and coriander and fry. These should also be cooked very quickly and should be added to the cooled rice and mixed well. Finally, sprinkle a little pepper powder and add rice once again. Finally, add coriander and turn off the stove. So the delicious Capsicum Dum Rice is ready. This way you can prepare a tasty lunch box quickly. This rice is very tasty. Try it once.
