While going for a walk on the road, many people lose control when the smell from the adjacent street hotel hits their nostrils. They immediately go there, order a plate, and relax comfortably. All those hard lost calories will come back in a minute. Fat loss is not possible if you do this continuously. Usually, most people eat a little more in the afternoon. Health experts say that eating high-calorie food in the evening after such a heavy meal is harmful to health. Experts suggest avoiding specific foods, such as soft drinks, cheese, processed foods, and opting for healthier alternatives rich in protein for weight loss.

Soft drinks and cold drinks should not be taken before or after sunset under any circumstances. Sugary soda drinks are harmful to health as they not only cause weight gain but also increase the risk of many diseases. Alcohol should also be avoided along with soft drinks.

Most fast foods containing cheese, such as pizza, burger, and pasta, are high in salt, sodium, and saturated fat, increasing the risk of cholesterol, blood pressure, and diabetes. Processed foods like sausages, bakeries, and instant noodles are high in sugar and salt calories, leading to weight gain and multiple diseases. It is recommended to stay away from such foods.

For weight loss, experts recommend choosing edible snacks rich in protein that keep the stomach full for longer and provide energy to work. Options like chickpeas, mung kalai chat, makhana, and boiled chickpeas are filling and aid in weight loss. It is advised to avoid high oil, spices, and fatty foods for better health outcomes.
