What is Lymphoma?
Our body has a lymphatic system. It contains lymph nodes, spleen, thymus, and bone marrow. Different blood cells are formed here. These factors are very important in fighting many types of infections. Any of these cancers is called lymphoma.
Causes of Lymphoma
There is still no clear evidence as to why lymphoma occurs. But this cancer is caused by certain cells called lymphocytes. They play an important role in fighting bacteria and viruses. Mutations are caused by genetic changes that occur at different stages of lymphocyte development.
