The Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) for July 2024 is set to release hall tickets this week. Director of School Education, Vijayaramaraju, has announced that online mock tests are currently ongoing, with the aim of helping candidates prepare for the upcoming exams. The TET hall tickets will be available for download starting from September 22, and the actual exam is scheduled for October 3. Additionally, sample question papers can be accessed on the official website cse.ap.gov.in.
In other news, the self-reporting deadline for Telangana Dost has been extended until tomorrow. Professor Limbadri, the Dost convener, stated that this extension applies to candidates who have secured seats in the special phase. This decision was made in response to requests from the candidates.
Furthermore, the recently released JEE Advanced-2024 report highlights a slight increase in girls’ admissions across 23 IITs compared to the previous year. The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JOSA) concluded its counseling process in August, filling seats in various central government-funded institutions, including IITs, NITs, and Triple ITs. The report from IIT Madras sheds light on the admissions statistics, with Assistant Professor Annabatula Ratnakumar playing a key role in the JEE Advanced Exam and JOSA Counselling.
