The Medical and Health Services Recruitment Board (MHSRB) has recently released the preliminary answer key for the Nursing Officer (Staff Nurse) written exam, which was conducted on November 23 by the Telangana State Health Department. Candidates who appeared for the examination can access their individual response sheets and compare their answers with the preliminary answer key. This step is crucial for those looking to identify any discrepancies or errors in the key. The MHSRB has also provided an option to raise objections online if any candidate believes there is an error in the preliminary answer key. The last date to submit objections is expected to be mentioned on the website.
The notification aims to fill a total of 2050 nursing posts across various departments in Telangana, including:
- 1576 posts under the Directorate of Public Health, Family Welfare, and Medical Education,
- 332 posts under the Telangana Vaidhan Vidhana Parishad,
- 80 posts in MNJ Cancer Hospital,
- 61 posts in AYUSH, and
- 1 post in IPM.
The written exam carries a weightage of 80 marks, with an additional 20 marks allocated for candidates who have prior service experience as contract or outsourcing employees in state government hospitals and institutions.
Following the objections review process, the final answer key and results will be published soon on the MHSRB website.
