Eggs are a versatile ingredient, and when paired with cheese, they make for a delicious snack. This Cheesy Egg Toast recipe is simple, healthy, and perfect for kids and adults alike. Made with boiled eggs and a blend of flavorful spices, this snack is sure to disappear quickly once served!

Ingredients for Cheese Egg Toast:

  • Boiled eggs
  • Dry chili paste
  • Cheese (grated)
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Salt
  • Pepper powder
  • Chili powder
  • Turmeric
  • Chat masala
  • Garam masala
  • Cumin powder
  • Gram flour
  • Curd
  • Butter
  • Lemon juice
  • Fresh coriander (for garnish)

How to Make Cheese Egg Toast:

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine ginger garlic paste, dry chili paste, salt, chili powder, turmeric, pepper powder, garam masala, cheese, chat masala, cumin powder, gram flour, and curd. Mix everything well until you get a smooth paste-like consistency.
  2. Prepare the Eggs: Boil the chicken eggs, peel them, and make vertical cuts along the eggs. This helps the marinade to seep into the eggs better.
  3. Marinate the Eggs: Add the cut eggs to the prepared mixture and coat them thoroughly. Let the eggs marinate for about 15 minutes to absorb all the flavors.
  4. Cook the Eggs: Heat a non-stick grill pan and add a small amount of butter. Place the marinated eggs on the pan and cook on low flame for about 2-3 minutes, turning them gently to ensure they’re evenly cooked on all sides.
  5. Finishing Touches: Add a little more butter, stir lightly, and sprinkle some grated cheese on top. Continue cooking for another minute to melt the cheese. Once done, garnish with fresh coriander and a sprinkle of chat masala for extra flavor.
  6. Serve: Serve your delicious Cheesy Egg Toast hot. It’s ready to enjoy as a quick snack, and you can skip the bread for a lighter, egg-focused treat!

Why This Egg Toast is a Great Choice:

This Cheesy Egg Toast is not only tasty but also a healthy snack option. It uses minimal oil, making it a guilt-free indulgence. Plus, the protein-packed eggs and the richness of cheese make it satisfying and nutritious. Whether it’s for a quick breakfast or a snack for the kids after school, this recipe is a winner.
