The more you indulge in these chicken fingers, the more you’ll find yourself craving for more. With the rainy season upon us, the desire for hot and spicy food only intensifies. Luckily, this chicken fingers recipe can be whipped up in just 20 minutes when all the ingredients are at hand.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • Boneless Chicken
  • Eggs
  • Bread
  • Garlic
  • Onion Powder
  • Chilli Powder
  • Dry Chillies
  • Lemon Juice
  • Oil

How to Make Chicken Fingers:

  1. Begin by washing the chicken pieces thoroughly and cutting them into thin, long strips. Marinate the chicken pieces for at least half an hour.
  2. Grind the bread into a powder using a mixer. Add dry chillies, garlic powder, and onion powder to the bread powder. If onion powder is unavailable, you can make a soft paste instead.
  3. Transfer the mixture onto a plate.
  4. Heat oil in a kadai.
  5. Roll the marinated chicken pieces in the bread mixture, then dip them in the egg mixture before frying in the hot oil on medium flame until golden brown.
  6. Once cooked, place the chicken fingers on a tissue paper to absorb excess oil.
