  • Jaggery
  • Minapa Dal (Black Gram)
  • Coriander Seeds
  • Aniseed
  • Mustard Seeds
  • Curry Leaves
  • Palli (Peanuts)

Method of Making Banana Nut Fry:

  1. Prepare the Masala Powder:
    • Heat a pan and add minapa dal, coriander, aniseed, and dry chillies. Roast them until fragrant, then let them cool.
    • Once cooled, add some chinta fruit, grated coconut, and grated jaggery to the mixture. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the Bananas:
    • Cut the bananas into small pieces and soak them in a mixture of salt and turmeric water for a few minutes.
  3. Cooking:
