Preparation Method:
Step 1: Marinate the Chicken
- Cut the Natu Kodi into small pieces and clean thoroughly.
- Marinate the chicken with turmeric, salt, green chillies, and ginger-garlic paste.
- Let the marinated chicken rest for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.

- Heat oil in a large kadai (wok).
