The much-anticipated action-adventure film Pushpa: The Rule is gearing up to deliver an unforgettable cinematic experience, thanks to director Sukumar’s dedication to crafting an impeccable background score. Refusing to compromise on quality, Sukumar has taken the ambitious step of arranging special compositions for key Allu Arjun-centric scenes, enlisting renowned musicians from Budapest, Hungary, to bring his vision to life.
Known for its deep-rooted musical heritage, Budapest has served as a creative hub for major film scores, having contributed to internationally acclaimed movies like Riders of Justice (2020), Ponniyin Selvan: Part I (2022), and Truth or Dare (2018). A source close to the production team revealed, “Budapest’s orchestras bring unmatched talent to the table, and they’re adding a unique energy to Pushpa’s action sequences.”
Music director SS Thaman, who is also part of the project, is currently overseeing the Budapest sessions to ensure that the score aligns with Sukumar’s vision of elevating Allu Arjun’s character. Thaman clarified that these additions are specifically crafted for impactful “hero elevation scenes” rather than the entire film score. Original composer Devi Sri Prasad, who worked on Pushpa: The Rise, has once again delivered a remarkable composition for the main score, putting to rest any speculation of a rift between him and the production team.
With shooting wrapped up, Sukumar is now focused on editing and dubbing, working meticulously as the release date approaches. Fans are eagerly awaiting the release of the trailer, set to be unveiled in Patna this weekend. The choice of Patna is significant, as the city played a pivotal role in Pushpa: The Rise‘s success. This event promises to stir excitement and set the stage for another blockbuster chapter in Pushpa’s story.
