Actor Ananya Panday shared her disbelief when renowned filmmaker Vikramaditya Motwane approached her for his upcoming feature film CTRL. The cyber-thriller marks Panday’s first collaboration with Motwane, who is known for directing critically acclaimed films like Udaan, Lootera, and Trapped.
Panday, a longtime admirer of Motwane’s work, revealed that she has been a fan since his 2010 debut, Udaan. “It’s my and my mother’s favorite film to watch together, so working with him felt like a dream. I honestly didn’t believe for a long time that he was actually offering me a role in the film,” the 25-year-old actor shared.
