Actress Honey Rose, widely known for her role in the movie Veera Simha Reddy alongside Nandamuri Balakrishna, has come forward on social media to express her grief and frustration regarding harassment by a businessman. Honey Rose revealed that the businessman has been making derogatory comments about her in media interviews and on social media, causing her significant distress.
In a heartfelt post, she shared that this individual had once invited her to his business-related events, alongside other celebrities. However, after Honey Rose declined to attend one of his events, the businessman began to make obscene remarks about her. She explained that, despite receiving funny jokes and memes about her appearance with good humor, there is a limit to what she is willing to tolerate.
Honey Rose stated, “I will not tolerate obscene comments at all. I am ready to fight a legal battle not only for myself but for all women who face such harassment.” She went on to share that the businessman has been targeting her photos at public functions and speaking negatively about her in interviews, deliberately insulting her character.
To take a stand, Honey Rose has filed a complaint with the Kochi City Police, backed by screenshots of the obscene comments she has received. The police have since registered a case against 27 people who were involved in making these inappropriate comments.
Honey Rose’s courageous stand serves as a reminder to all women about the importance of speaking out against harassment and taking legal action when necessary. Her fight is not only for her dignity but also for all women who suffer in silence.
