If you want to break records in the film industry, it’s usually said that a movie needs positive talk and a long theatrical run. But for two South Indian superstars, Prabhas and Vijay, it seems all they need is a release date. These two actors have turned into box office giants, with each of their films setting the cash registers ringing at an extraordinary pace. It’s as if collecting hundreds of crores has become second nature to them.

Titans of Box Office Success

Prabhas and Vijay are dominating the South Indian film industry, continuously breaking records and setting new benchmarks. Their latest films are becoming box office sensations, with collections climbing higher with each release.

Prabhas, who rose to pan-India stardom with Baahubali, has continued to conquer the box office. After the monumental success of Baahubali 1 and Baahubali 2, Prabhas achieved box office glory once again with Saaho, which grossed ₹400 crores, and Adipurush, which collected ₹350 crores. His latest film Salaar is projected to gross over ₹600 crores, and his upcoming film Kalki 2898 AD is expected to break all records, with predictions pointing to a potential ₹1100 crores collection.

Similarly, Vijay, another powerhouse of South Indian cinema, has shown immense box office prowess. Starting with Bigil, which crossed ₹300 crores, Vijay has consistently broken records. His subsequent releases—Warisu, Leo, and now Goat—have all crossed the ₹300 crore mark, with Goat poised to reach ₹400 crores.

Breaking Records, One Film at a Time

Prabhas has become the South Indian actor to cross the ₹300 crore mark the most times, with six films achieving this feat: Baahubali 1, Baahubali 2, Saaho, Adipurush, Salaar, and Kalki. Vijay is not far behind, having reached the ₹300 crore club four times with Bigil, Warisu, Leo, and Goat.

Both Prabhas and Vijay have transformed into box office juggernauts, their movies guaranteed to draw in massive collections. For these two heroes, the question is not whether their films will be successful, but just how much they will break records by.

What Lies Ahead?

With each passing year, both Prabhas and Vijay continue to set higher standards for box office success. As they prepare for more big-budget releases, the film industry eagerly awaits how many more records these two titans will shatter. Fans and critics alike are keen to see how far their stardom can propel the South Indian cinema on the global stage.
