Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s long-awaited home, Krishna Raj Bungalow, is finally complete after nearly two years of construction. The extravagant six-storey bungalow, named in honor of Ranbir’s grandmother Krishna Raj Kapoor, is situated in the upscale Pali Hill area of Mumbai, and it’s already making waves online as glimpses of the newly finished home surface.
The exterior of the bungalow is both elegant and modern, featuring a sophisticated grey and white color scheme, with stylish white railings enhancing the overall aesthetic. While reports suggest that the Kapoor family could move into the bungalow as early as Diwali or Christmas this year, anticipation is building around when the star couple, along with their family, will officially call it home.
According to sources, the cost of the stunning bungalow is estimated to exceed a staggering 250 crores, making it one of the most expensive homes in the Mumbai region. The property surpasses even the iconic Jalsa, owned by Amitabh Bachchan, in terms of its overall value.
The sprawling six-storey mansion will not only house Ranbir and Alia, but also Ranbir’s mother, Neetu Kapoor, with the entire Kapoor family expected to live under one roof. With luxury, family history, and modern design combined, Krishna Raj Bungalow is a perfect reflection of the Kapoor legacy.
The completion of the bungalow has fans excited to see how Ranbir and Alia, one of Bollywood’s most beloved couples, will celebrate the first of many family milestones in their stunning new home.
