Director Lokesh Kanagaraj unveiled the character poster of Shruti Haasan for his upcoming film “Coolie,” which stars Rajinikanth. The poster, featuring Shruti wielding a shovel, has rapidly gained popularity on various social media platforms. Shruti had hinted at her involvement in “Coolie” via Instagram stories during the commencement of filming in July. As per the recent announcement by Sun Pictures, she is set to portray Preethi, believed to be the daughter of Rajinikanth’s character in the movie.
Throughout the filming of “Coolie,” Shruti has diligently maintained her fitness routine by integrating Martial Arts and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) into her daily regimen. Renowned for her commitment to staying fit, she ensures that her workout regime remains constant despite the filming commitments. Recently, the actress shared a video on social media showcasing her proficiency in martial arts. Noteworthy is that Shruti is practicing the same martial art form that her father, acclaimed actor Kamal Haasan, showcased in the iconic movie “Thevar Magan.”
