Actor Ajay Devgn, who is currently working on Son of Sardaar 2, has leased out his commercial office space to director Kabir Khan for a monthly rent of ₹7 lakh. The lease and license agreement, finalized in September, involved a stamp duty of ₹1.12 lakh, as reported by Square Yards.

The agreement is for a duration of 60 months, with a security deposit of ₹30 lakh. The office is located in Signature Tower, where Ajay, along with his wife Kajol, owns several properties.
