According to Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, ministers and MLAS shouldn’t damage their reputations or the government’s standing “by interfering in the free sand policy”.
Naidu spoke with the ministers about political matters following the Cabinet meeting. After October, he claimed, all of the sand reaches would be open for sand distribution.
Following the Cabinet meeting, the chief minister briefed the ministers on the coalition government’s progress during the previous month.
He requested that the ministers take notice of the government’s total deficit. Ministers must undertake monthly review meetings on topics connected to their departments with officials.
Naidu reportedly requested that the ministers refrain from interfering with the free sand reach policy. He clarified that 43 lakh metric tons of sand were available in the dump yards, saying, “We are also giving permission to boat societies for sand digging.”
The CM said that the AP Assembly session, which will cover the published white papers, will take place over five days starting on July 22. “We will introduce a bill in the Assembly to repeal the Land Title Act and there should be a debate in the Assembly on how dangerous this law is.”
He said that the previous government cheat- ed the farmers by not paying the premium through Rythu Bharosa Kendras.
