The Congress government in Telangana has once again made significant changes in the state’s police department by reshuffling key IPS officers. The latest developments include the appointment of CV Anand as the Hyderabad Commissioner of Police for the second time, replacing Kothakota Srinivas Reddy who has been appointed as the Vigilance Director General.
