The weather service has issued a warning for severe to extremely heavy rains over the next five days for several areas of Andhra Pradesh.
Rayalaseema, south coastal Andhra Pradesh, and north coastal Andhra Pradesh are all included in the forecast. According to the IMD on Sunday, a cyclonic circulation was now positioned over Jharkhand, Odisha, and West Bengal.
It stated that the cyclonic circulation, which reaches a height of 5.0 km above mean sea level, has started to tilt significantly higher to the south-west. The weather above the eastern coast is getting more intense because this system has absorbed a prior circulation over the West Central Bay of Bengal.
There are specific warnings for each day in the weather prediction for July 14–18. Heavy to extremely heavy rain is predicted for isolated NCAP and SCAP regions on the first day.
