Inauguration of New Companies and Industrial Developments in Sri City by Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu

On Monday, Chief Minister Chandra babu Naidu initiated the establishment of eight new companies and unveiled 16 manufacturing units in Sri City. Additionally, he engaged in the formalizing of Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with five companies, demonstrating a commitment to fostering growth in the region.

Naidu expressed that these new ventures signify a combined investment of ₹3683 crore and are projected to generate over 15,280 job opportunities locally. He also marked the inauguration of a newly constructed fire-station and laid the groundwork for a state-of-the-art Police Station, aiming to enhance the infrastructure and safety standards in the industrial zone.

During an interactive dialogue with industry stakeholders, Naidu praised C. Sriniraju and Ravindra Sannareddy for their visionary efforts in elevating an underdeveloped area into a global exemplar for industrial progress.

Highlighting Sri City as a prime illustration of industrial advancement nationally and internationally, the Chief Minister emphasized the region’s conducive climate and eco-friendly initiatives.

Naidu announced a policy shift where fire inspections for industries will now be mandated every five years, along with commitments to promptly settle pending incentives and enhance infrastructure facilities.

Deputy CM K. Pawan Kalyan disclosed plans for concurrent grama sabha meetings in 13,326 panchayats on August 23 to deliberate on NREGA scheme projects across the state. He conducted a virtual conference with ZP CEOs, DPOs, DWMA PDS, MPDOs, EO PRDS, and NREGA APOs to outline the procedures for the upcoming gram sabhas scheduled for August 23.
