Key decisions of AP Cabinet.. Green signal for Mega DSC

A cabinet meeting was held in the first block of the state secretariat under the chairmanship of Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy. Many important issues were discussed and decisions were taken. The government has given good news to the unemployed in AP. Mega DSC has given green signal for release of notification. The Cabinet approved the maintenance of DSC with 6,100 posts.

► Cabinet approval for IB participation in SERT
► Retirement age of non-teaching staff working in universities and higher education institutions increased from 60 to 62
► Forest Department 689 Cabinet approval for filling up of posts
► Approval for two wind power projects in Nandyala and Kurnool districts
► Cabinet approval for setting up 600 MW wind power projects in Srisatyasai and Anantapur districts
► Cabinet approval for creation of the post of Registrar to RJUKT
► Cabinet approval for amendment in the law to that extent
