Since his WhatsApp account has been blocked and is currently dormant, Minister Nara Lokesh has advised the public to direct their grievances to hello.lokesh@ap.gov.in, his personal email address.

The minister, who is in charge of the IT, electronics, and education departments, promised to investigate the problems brought to his attention and try to find solutions. It was explained that a big number of people from all throughout the state were sending WhatsApp messages about their problems, which caused the minister’s system to become stuck.

Lokesh encouraged people to contact him at hello.lokesh@ap.gov.in in order to stay in touch. Requests should contain the name, city, phone number, email address, and any information that relates to the issue. People can file grievances at hello.lokesh@ap.gov.in. During his Yuvagalam Padayatra, he had registered a mail account under the name “Hello Lokesh.”

At the same time, the minister hosted a Prajadarbar at his Undavalli home, wherein residents of Mangalagiri and other parts of the state raised a variety of concerns. Due to his immobility, Mangalagiri resident Shankar Rao applied for an old-age pension. B Putlamma from Chinakaka asked for help with her medical condition. Chinakakani’s Gausia Begum begged for a job. Workers from Mangalagiri pleaded with the government to mandate the regularization of the contracts and the outsourcing of the low-paid workforce.

Farmers from Yarrambalem, Navuluru, Nidamarru, Bethapudi, and Kuragallu who are BC, SC, and ST requested that the minister address the issues that have arisen with the selling of allotted lands in Amaravati.

P. Naga Suresh protested that YSRC leaders in the Mangalagiri seat ought to face consequences for their ration irregularities. Distributors requested approval for the outstanding invoices.
