Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu personally interacted with those affected by the floods, checking if they were receiving timely food supplies. Meanwhile, Navy and Air Force helicopters were deployed to deliver essential items such as drinking water, biscuits, food supplies, and medicines to the impacted areas.
Agriculture Minister K. Atchannaidu visited Ajith Singhmagar, YSR Colony, Raja Rajeswari Peta, and other locations with three tractor loads of food packets and water bottles. Minister BC Janardhan Reddy drove a tractor through the flood-stricken areas to distribute food packets at Kandrika Payakapuram. Ministers Gottipati Ravikumar and Anagani Satyaprasad inspected rehabilitation centers at Panumudi village in Repalle mandal, Bapatla district. Minister Kolusu Parthasarathi traveled by boat to deliver food and water in Krishna Lanka and Kotinagar of Division 15.
Minister Payyavula Keshav reported that, after two days of flooding in Vijayawada, some areas were beginning to receive relief as floodwaters receded and normal activities resumed. Minister Savitha waded through knee-deep water to distribute food, milk packets, and water door-to-door in Divisions 64, 65, and 66.
Minister F Narayana noted that Vijayawada had not experienced such severe rainfall and flooding in the Krishna River and surrounding streams in the past 200 years. He praised the coordinated efforts that helped reduce the number of casualties.
