Despite receiving the release orders, the process of releasing MLC Kavitha from Tihar Jail continued for several hours. After the Supreme Court granted bail, a flurry of activity ensued as many MLAs and BRS leaders, including prominent figures like KTR and Harish Rao, rushed to Tihar Jail. The saga finally concluded with MLC Kavitha stepping out of Tihar Jail, greeted by a warm welcome and heartfelt gestures from her family and supporters.

Kavitha’s husband, Anil Kumar, and MP Vadiraju submitted ten lakh rupees as surety bonds for her release. Despite the delay in the release process, the atmosphere outside the jail was filled with jubilation as firecrackers lit up the sky to celebrate Kavitha’s freedom. Emotional moments unfolded as Kavitha reunited with her son, embraced by her husband and brother, and shared a heartfelt hug with KTR.

In an open-top car, Kavitha acknowledged the support of activists and fans, expressing gratitude for standing by her during challenging times. Referring to herself as KCR’s child, she affirmed her commitment to righteousness and denounced the unjust accusations levied against her. Kavitha’s unwavering spirit and determination were evident as she vowed that those causing her distress would face consequences for their actions.

As the night unfolded, Kavitha, KTR, and Harish Rao made plans to stay in Delhi before heading back to Hyderabad the next day. Speculation arose about an upcoming press conference scheduled for Wednesday, hinting at further developments in the unfolding drama.

Meanwhile, intense debates transpired in the Supreme Court regarding Kavitha’s bail petition. While the legal representatives of CBI and ED argued against granting bail, Kavitha’s advocates presented compelling reasons in her favor. Noteworthy arguments put forth by Mukul Rohatgi emphasized the completion of investigations by both CBI and ED, drawing parallels with previous bail grants in similar cases.

The court deliberated over allegations of data tampering and non-cooperation with the investigation, with contrasting views presented by the opposing sides. Ultimately, the Supreme Court cited the completion of investigations by CBI and ED as grounds for granting bail to Kavitha. The judgment brought relief to Kavitha and her legal team, underscoring the fairness of their arguments and the unjust nature of her imprisonment.
