The trough that was present from Rayalaseema to the Comorin area has now extended, maintaining a height of 0.9 km above sea level. As a result, heavy rains are impacting the region, prompting the Meteorological Department to anticipate further rainfall in Andhra Pradesh.

South Coast Andhra Pradesh: Anticipate light to moderate rain or thundershowers in one or two areas on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Thunder and lightning, along with strong winds reaching speeds of 30-40 km per hour, may occur at specific locations.
