Zomato amassed 83 crore in revenue through platform fees by March. The platform fee is identified as a significant contributor to Zomato’s adjusted revenue growth, which surged by 27% year-on-year to reach 7,792 crore in the fiscal year 2024. The rise in adjusted revenue as a proportion of gross order value was mainly driven by higher restaurant commission rates and enhanced ad monetization strategies, according to reports.
