Srisailam Devasthanam, under the guidance of EO Peddiraju, has reinstated the Vibhutidharana program at the revered Srisailam Mallanna Temple. The traditional practice, which had been halted due to the COVID-19 pandemic, is now back in place to enrich the cultural experience for devotees.

EO Peddiraju emphasized the significance of adorning a dot on the forehead as a symbol of orthodox tradition and cultural uniqueness. He personally demonstrated the Vibhuti Tilak Darana, inviting devotees to partake in this sacred ritual before entering the temple.

The temple authorities, recognizing the importance of preserving cultural heritage, have reintroduced the Vibhutidharana initiative to raise awareness and ensure that all visitors don the forehead mark as a tribute to tradition.
