]]> There is a significant interest among individuals seeking apprentice positions in public sector organizations, particularly students who wish to gain practical work experience after completing their studies. Recently, DRDO, a leading central public sector organization, has opened doors for eligible candidates to apply for Apprentice posts.

Vacancies and Departments:

DRDO aims to fill a total of 200 Apprentice posts, distributed as follows:

  • 40 Graduate Apprentice posts
  • 40 Technician Apprentice posts
  • 120 Trade Apprentice (ITI Pass) posts

Application Process:

The registration process for these posts commenced on 24th September. Interested and eligible candidates are encouraged to apply through the official website of DRDO.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • For Graduate Apprentice: BE/BTech in ECE, EEE, CSE, Mechanical, Chemical.
  • For Technician Apprentice: Diploma in ECE, EEE, CSE, Mechanical, Chemical.
  • For Trade Apprentice: ITI pass in the relevant department.
  • Candidates should be below 18 years of age as of August 1, 2024. Only regular candidates who have completed Graduate, Diploma, or ITI Trade Apprentice courses in 2022, 2023, or 2024 are eligible to apply.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected based on Document Verification, Academic Merit, and/or Interview. There will be no written test conducted for the selection process. Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email.
