To address this issue, the Pithapuram Circle Police have launched a program that combines education, penalties, and positive reinforcement.

Under this program:

1. Penalties for Violators: Police personnel stationed at the Gollaprolu National Highway toll plaza conduct vehicle inspections, issuing fines to those who fail to follow safety regulations, particularly helmet laws.
2. Rewards for Compliance: Riders who comply with the rules, especially those wearing helmets, receive prizes as a gesture of appreciation. This reward-based approach aims to instill a culture of safety while boosting morale among responsible motorists.
