Apart from just veg biryani we can also make a tasty pulao with paneer. It is very simple and will be done in no time. And what are the ingredients required for this delicious paneer pulao? Now let’s know how to make it.

Ingredients for Paneer Pulao: Basmati rice or normal rice, onions, green chillies, paneer, carrot, green peas, asparagus, chilli, ginger garlic paste, pulao, salt, turmeric, garam masala, coriander, mint, ghee or oil.

How to make Paneer Pulao:

  1. First wash the rice and soak it for half an hour.
  2. Now put a bowl to make pulao.. put a little oil and a little ghee in it and heat it.
  3. Add paneer pieces to it and fry it like dora and keep it aside.
  4. Then add the pulao and fry. Add mint and coriander and fry them.
  5. Then add onions and green chillies and fry for a minute.
  6. Next, add ginger garlic paste and fry until the raw smell disappears.
  7. Now add garden curry, peas and carrots and fry for a couple of minutes.
  8. Now add turmeric, chilli, salt and garam masala and fry for a minute.
  9. Add rice and stir for a while. After that add water to the measure of rice you have taken and mix everything once.
  10. Now add some mint and coriander and mix again and cover.
  11. In another five minutes the stove will be turned off ie.. Add the pieces of paneer and put everything together once and cover it.
  12. Next turn off the stove. That’s how delicious paneer pulao is ready.
