In a transformative step toward bridging the gap between government and corporate school education, the Education Department has launched the RISE Scheme in 12 schools across Kakinada district, including the Zilla Parishad High School at Bendapudi.
Under this initiative, students from Classes VI to X will receive technical training in robotics, engineering, software computing, mathematics, and science, preparing them for a tech-driven future.
Key Highlights:
đź’ˇ Innovative Learning:
Students will gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge fields through training sessions conducted by Star Fetch Innovations, a startup dedicated to fostering technical skills.
🗓️ Training Schedule:
- Weekly training sessions by company representatives.
- Intensive four-day programs in December, January, and February.
🎓 Teacher Involvement:
Teachers will also undergo training alongside students, enabling them to guide students effectively and address any doubts or challenges they might face.
Support and Funding:
The initiative is bolstered by Niti Aayog’s Atal Tinkering Laboratories program, with a sanctioned budget of ₹20 lakh.
